Great to wake up at 6 with daylight in the sky. Makes travel to London much easier. Comfortable eastcoast journey down. I did loads of work.

After fog east London was sunny and warm but I was all afternoon ina basement room. Went along to #50 to say goodbye to some colleagues then back to Liverpool St for the crowded Southend train.

A beautiful evening. The sun is a huge red ball in the sky. We've just gone past the Olympic Stadium. EasyJet home.
