Waiting for the builders all day - they said they would be late, around 10:00, but never came, and no messages to explain this (this is at least he third time they have failed to come when expected this year). I am really bleeped off with L J Evans, and would suggest that based on my experience you avoid them (Birmingham, England).

I eventually took this photo just to get a picture today.
