Glass and a Half

Day 437 - bonus early start to the long weekend due to teacher training days so we made the most of it.

Long over due hair cut for the boy followed by breakfast at Costa before heading South of the city to Cadbury World. Needless to say by the end of the experience we both felt sick from the 'free' chocolate. So sick that boy opted for fruit for lunch.

Good few hours whiled away though before heading home to bake cupcakes. While I dodged the 'making them for school' bullet on seeing what his friends had made yesterday the boy decided he wanted to have a go. Not bad they are too, for a cake mix and a 6 year old!

Took a few photos today but liked this one of us messing about with the giant white screen and chocolate bubbles. Kinda sums us both up, me taking photos and the boy shooting stuff
