More swimming this morning - another quick 20-lengths, at my favourite Edinburgh pool, before an even quicker dash into work ...

... actually, this snap is one of my Office-radiators, which currently seem to be constantly covered in various pieces of cycling/running/swimming paraphernalia :-(

5-mile run tomorrow; rest-day on Saturday; then Kilomathon on Sunday ...

... really looking forward to my first actual event-run since all this training started last May :-)
