Still in Northern Ireland

and still at this conference.... We had a cruise on the loch last night for a conference dinner - I had no idea that Loch Erne is SO big... I arrived in the dar, yesterday was foggy until the middle of the day, and we were inside for most of the day, so this is really the first chance that I have had to see the landscape (although I can't see much because it's flat and surrounded by trees..) The front of the old hotel building is quite impressive, and the new bits out the back (the conference centre and the leisure complex) give it a nice luxury touch... academia has its benefits...
