Remember, Remember the 26th of November???

Dunno what was happening today. I was in the kitchen making coffee, when I looked out and saw a whole load of huge fireworks going off in Kirkie?

As I hadn't got a good fireworks blip (I was on a plane that evening), I managed to grab the camera, get out, and get a long exposure blip.

It worked out quite nice with a bit of cropping (it was quite far off). No tripod, but I steadied the camera against a lamp post.

Spent most of today working on writing all the copy for our new web site. It takes ages crafting the words and getting it all to hang together.

Also got a proposal off to LOT airlines in Poland for my mobile phone boarding pass system.

Went down to audition for the Christmas choir, but was thrown out! So I just went and pottered with the PA for the yoof band. They're playing on Sunday night, and L is taking his acoustic kit down. He's going to be louder than Mozo was!

Well thats two competitions in a row that were too easy. You all got it right (except for Mags...she struggles on the maths ones...time for remedial class). Most people chose the "accepted" correct answser, although there can be some philosophical statistical debates...

Tonight I was going to start you all on something a bit harder, Quantum Mechanics. Einstein didn't get it all you know! We were going to start off with something easy like the partical/wave duallity of sub-atomic particles. Then we would move on to Shrodinger's Cat...a hypothetical "thought experiment" in physics. But I'm too tired to work up a good competition on that.
