Flying

A very demanding day. After a nice row with my friend J, there were many condo annoyances to take care of (If anyone is considering moving to a small condo building, talk to us first!) and errands to run. Then....it’s thursday! so we picked up all 4 grandkids from their 3 schools. After donuts, milkshakes, some marshmellow/spagetti sculpture (something I saw on blip!), pipe cleaner people, a bit of homework and Youtube, we went to the neighborhood park armed with basketballs on a very nice day. Our place is still a mess with plastic and ladders and furniture moved. The photo is the well loved float plane at the playground.(an appropriate plaything near Lake Union with it’s many float planes flying to and fro),. Oskar is so sweet to play with Fiona, who adores him, - here they are on their way to California! Fi also took it upon herself to bestow a big hug on anyone who made a basket. Tatum brought her trumpet (that we’ve never heard)home from school so we had a fine wee concert before our spagetti dinner.(and a few pancakes), The boys’ Mom collected them and Boppa took the girls home later. It’s a lot for us but it’s a way for the cousins to see and enjoy each other - and I have to say that thankfully Fiona is so much easier now that she’s 4, so perhaps we will survive this new arrangement - lots of laughs today, tho we didn't have time to look at more slides this time…... Still, it’s time for me to get in bed! :-)

did you know tomorrow was Pie day? (3/14) Not sure what one is supposed to do about it…...
