sugared cranberries!

Tried a cranberry mallow cheesecake as a dessert for Thanksgiving dinner. The final touches included putting these sugared berries on top of the cheesecake. When the berries were first sugared and sampled, they were extremely tart, and I got all sorts of tips and advice from my father, the master chef on how to do it differently next time!

However, by the time we ate our dessert, these sugared berries, in combination with the cheesecake tasted delicious and made for a very festive affair!
