Woven and spun

I think of you every day, Mom.

I lost my wonderful Mother on March 6, 2005. Some days I can't believe that nine years have passed, and others it seems like forever ago. She did not have an easy early life, but made sure that her six children did. I was privileged to be with her during the last few days of her life, and only hope that I was able to return some of the comfort she always provided me.

Somehow the spider's web reminds me of the connections made through the 69 years that I had my Mom. I will always be grateful for what we shared.
