What a shock!

Yesterday morning at work ( the 13 hour day one) i got a panicked phonecall from my mum saying that my stepdad had woken up with a black eye!
He is of ill health so i told her to take him to the doctors.
Today ( my day off ) i went round to see them.
I expected to see a small amount of bruising and had quite a shock when i saw his eye.
Its not sore the doctor said it was burst blood vessels but my mum is getting some stick now as it looks like she has given him a good thump hehe.
