Deanston distillery

Had a fantastic day today, me and the better half had a lovely private tour around deanston distillery where my grandpa use to work. It was very interesting and smelled amazing, this was the fermentation process. We were shown around the whole distillery and David was allowed to hammer one of the barrels that has just been filled shut. We then got to taste a 12 year old, a virgin oak 12 year old and a limited edition brandy cask whiskey.
We then went a lovely walk with Wallace the dog (see earlier blip) and now just waiting to see what's planned for dinner :)
