We had a visitor this morning, which makes a change! She brought her Jack Russell with her, who is a very lovely and boisterous chap.

We spent quite a long time discussing our weight .. I am getting worse and worse since moving here ..

I went to Sunk Island in the afternoon .. and saw little except this flock of linnets ..
