Pad work

More pad work. This time Matt Barr, super middleweight. stance, southpaw. height, 5′ 11″ on the right is training Don McCarthy for a fight night on the 27th of April which I'm photographing .


Its been pointed out that this is my 4th anniversary and the first one I've missed out on showing off for.

However I've had far too much attention recently so I'll save my energy for 1500! :)
