Fire Protection?

Struggling to understand this.....how can a box of matches be anything to do with "Protection From Fire"?

In fact what's a windmill got to do with it? If there's a fire the last thing you need is more wind.... and to be living in a wooden house....

Think the designer's been at the meths....that's good for promoting fire too...

Or is it his crafty plan to make my head hurt from thinking too much....
