Scott MacLeod--SF Bay Area Highland Piper

Been cooped up but decided to get out today to my fave spot in Emeryville Park on the SF Bay. Heard the majestic sound of a lone bagpipe. Had to rush over as the piper Scott MacLeod strolled slowly back and forth creating with his breath the haunting music that stirs the celtic soul.
