Will the haze ever clear?

A strange layer of misty fog lay itself down this morning & didn't lift for most of the day. The temperature was cool but still warm enough for shirt sleeves.
When Alex got home from work we got ourselves out & to the cinema. After a pretty average meal at Chiquito's, we watched Grand Hotel Budapest. It's dialogue & language were sublime & I enjoyed it quite enough to keep thinking about the plot for some time after.
Upon arrival home, we headed to bed. And slept.
