Seasonal buns

This is an O'Joey. It's a St.Patrick's Day derivation of a Jammy Joey and is delicious. Like I-ate-them-all delicious. Ideally I'd have posted a /good/ shot of it on Monday but I can't guarantee that there'll be any left in three days!
