Before the Flood

I got my pallet of sandbags from the council in readiness for the flood that may come tomorrow.
If it is anything like the flood a few weeks ago, this won't really make much of a difference.
My water table is so high since the earthquakes that most of the water comes out of the ground and no amount of sandbags can help with that!
