Rottweiler

Today was a trip all the way down to Jamul to visit Paula, the dog trainer. This beautiful boy is one of her 8 Rottweilers. His job today, was basically as a prop. Paula had him and another of her dogs in a down stay, with enough space to walk between them. The task was to walk Süße around and between them, without her paying attention to them at all. It took a few corrections, but she soon got it and the day was categorized a success. Next time she may even get to play with one of these dogs. We'll see.

Paula's dogs are gentle, sweet, and a little playful, given the opportunity. This guy was happy to rest his huge head on my knee and have me rub his ears. He looked quite content.
