Frozen Treats

Inspired by Nerdy Nummies I made these ice cream Olaf's from Frozen today. I didn't follow her recipe, I just did my own version.

The girls helped. They added the ingredients for the biscuits and cut out and decorated their own shapes, while I did the Olafs.

They don't look as good as Nerdy Nummies, but I'm pleased with them and the girls were just happy to be allowed ice cream at home!

Today I also took Rebecca to the park while Elizabeth was at nursery. She got to try out the childseat on the bike for the first time. She was terrified of falling while I was strapping her in "I'm going to fall!" But she was fine once we were actually cycling. Then she told daddy all about it when he got home. So I think I can convince her to do it again!
