Adirondacks
.... but not in America.
What a great morning! I am SO glad it's the weekend at last, this week was long and stressful at work. I thought that we would be sailing up to Belfast today, but the Ards Man has been keeping a canny eye on the weather and apparently it's a bit too blowy.
I'm glad for a day/weekend at home, though. I have loads of ordinary things to do, like washing and ironing. Plus a need to do a food shop if we're to eat something remotely healthy this week. I think I may have a wee squint at Jamie's 15 minute cookbook for inspiration. Quickly.
It is such a lovely morning I thought I'd take a garden shot. The grass is decidedly squelchy underfoot, so to my list of blipping equipment I have now added a pair of wellies. This is after my muddy boot episode of two Saturdays ago. The Ards Man made these Adirondack chairs a couple of years ago and they are withstanding the rain, snow, sun and wind well. He also left one unpainted and it is weathering to a lovely gray shade. I'm looking forward to the weekend that I can sit in them, instead of just taking photos.
Hope your weekend has lots of happy bits.
