I ran 10 miles this morning for the first time since I last trained for a half marathon. It was hard and slow and my legs were tired from yesterday's 7 miles but I have 3 months to become better. And it burned 1088 calories so that's at least some of the chocolate and crisps I consumed last night ;-)
I made a banana smoothie when I came back, then a bath and now chicken, feta and green vegetables.
Nat is coming over soon for a sunny walk along the Thames and a girly night later. Excellent!
