Save Borders!

A bad night's sleep on both sides of the bed left two tired people today! Lucky I was planning on escaping work at lunchtime... and managed it! Well I did get tasked at 1200 as I tried to leave and completed said task by 1300 and got away.

So I got a chance to go and get a weekday blip in the daylight!

I am really sad, they were clearing all the mags out and starting sales today in our Borders. We often walk there from home in summer to get a coffee and look at books and mags. So I say SAVE BORDERS... someone buy it and keep it going, make it successful, otherwise... I'll be very sad.

A satisfyingly lazy evening tonight.

Off to Southampton in the morning to help step-son and his girlfriend get stuff from Ikea to their new flat they have just bought. Onto the property ladder they go. I also get a chance to goto the apple store and visit Wesley-Owen which apparently is going the same way as Borders...

Does no-body by books in shops anymore?
