Danes Dyke

Walked 8 miles on the Headland Way between Sewerby - passing South Landing - Flamborough Head and the lighthouse and onto North Landing this morning - a cliff top walk that dipped down to sea level on occasion - such as this at Danes Dyke.

Caught the bus back to Sewerby - the route taking us through some delightful villages.

Drove to Filey - a grand walk along the sea front - there in time to watch the tide coming in - the sea looking good banging into the sea wall in places

Early tea tonight - prior to hotel dining room being taken over for a family party - the birthday of 90 year old twins.

Hope I'm still partying at that age
