Talking with the Geese

As part of my experiment with a lighter camera bag (see blog post for more), I've acquired a longer lens for my Nikon V1. This little lens says 30-110mm on the side, but by virtue of the tiny sensor in the camera actually means that it's a 81-297mm lens.

Today's experiment was amongst the geese on Port Meadow, who were (by goose standards) fairly co-operative. Biggest issue so far is how light the camera and lens combination is - it's a challenge to keep it steady!
