My turn to cook supper tonight, not under duress or threat I hasten to add. After a busy afternoon in the garden I chose to make a fish pie, a long time favourite of ours. Fresh fish straight from the local fish merchant, who buys daily from the fish market in Plymouth, and a few prawns straight from the local farmer in ----Thailand, they've done a few miles - hopefully by air! Add in some mushrooms, sweetcorn and a pepper and its almost there. Next up is the topping, but I thought there was a little more colour for a blip at this stage rather than after the the finished article emerged from the oven. A small glass of Pino Grigio to take the taste away wash it down and job done!
