Machen Forge Trail Tree

My initial plan was to take a blip foto of or from Penarth Pier but just as I drove all the way there, I had a call out which put an end to that!

I watched 35 minutes of the Everton v Cardiff (my team) match when I was dragged away to go for a walk with the wife who'd just arrived home from work!

The things I do for a peaceful life!

Anyway, I took a few photo's on the walk and chose this one as I liked the white cloud behind the interesting tree, and shadows that fell on the ground.

Much better than a boring pier shot taken in haste as I was driving away!

Oh, my team lost 2-1.....so just as well I wasn't watching!
