Saddle Sore

Adam wanted to go out cycling again today, and this time Dad (aka 2BlackCats) came too. He hasn't been on the bike all winter, and I believe certain parts of his anatomy are complaining this evening.

In other news, I made a lovely red lentil soup for lunch, which we ate outside with homemade bread rolls. What a treat it was to be outside. Unfortunately, my flapjack went a bit wrong, and refused to clump together. It tasted very nice, if you could be bothered to scoop it up!

It's also our cats' official birthday today! I couldn't get any pictures of them together, but I'll try again tomorrow. 18 is not bad for two pet-shop rescue moggies.
