The Ides of March

Official cat birthday today so Bill was forgiven for taking his place at the table for our open air lunch. We don't know for sure when Bill & Ted were born - we got them when they were about 5 months after they were sprung from the pet shop they were being held in. March 15th seemed as good a guess as any.

Last two of a litter nobody wanted, a work colleague who daily berated the pet shop for irresponsibly breeding cats, ground the owner down to the "Well you have 'em then!" point - so she did, then we took them. 18 and still going strong.
