Balhousie Castle

In Perth this morning, found a nice café at Balhousie Castle.

This dates to 1631 as the Seat of the Earls of Kinnoull, though thought to originate three hundred years before that. Following C19 dereliction it was virtually rebuilt in 1862. Since 1962 the it has been the headquarters and museum of the Black Watch..
