Goats Cheese Anyone

Whilst on a little tour of the Melbourne area we were taken to this amazing Goats Cheese factory out in the country side. This is a classic example of how Australians can make the most out of creating what could have been a very boring factory building. The building was designed by Noxon Giffen (from Melbourne & Sydney) for the Main Ridge Dairy, Mornington Peninsula. Oh yeah the Goats cheese was lovely too considering I'm normally not a fan ;-)
