Infected Billboard

Cold and mostly clear. Quick trip to city centre to pick up repaired lens. Noticed this on my way down Duke Street. The billboard belonging to the shop (underneath) often seems to display ailing ads, or perhaps it is just that these are the ones which I tend to notice.
