Mobile hoarding?

I pulled up next to this car and had to take a picture which the guy didn't really seem to mind but I was amazed that it was completely full of empty pop cans, candy wrappers and potato chip bags in every place except the driver's seat. Who am I to judge so maybe it's a new trend of mobile hoarding or a traveling salesman with a rental car ready to return it? :)
