Rain

The forecasters had warned us about a possible drenching from the tail of Cyclone Lusi and as I went to bed last night, the wind was certainly blowing.

Very pleased to say this morning though that the rain was only moderate and the wind was similar. I hope this means we've been spared from the might of Mother Nature on this occasion.

And on a positive note, the garden will be loving the rain it's had all day so that has to be good :)

Update:
It's about 4 hours later and the rain has set in . . . . . . . and with it has come the discovery of a seriously leaky window :( Clearly we don't get rain from this particular direction and/or angle very often at all. I see big repair bills looming.
