Tree trunk gorge mountain bike track

had a wonderful day yesterday on the Forgotten World Adventures rail cart tour. so lucky that tropical cyclone Lucy stayed away just long enough for us to do almost all of it in the fine weather.

But today Cyclone Lucy arrived - went up on Desert Rd as the bikers decided they would still bike though the rain was falling in "biblical" proportions. And bike they did. I'm afraid I have to admit the two oldies - that's us, sat in the car and read while the rain beat on the roof.

And although they were all drenched to the skin, a good time was apparently had by all.
