Early rays

Out early with Rona this morning as we were heading to Kircaldy in our first foray into Gumtree shopping! As mentioned in previous blips our lawnmower is beginning to give up the ghost and a newer model needs to be found. Arriving at the agreed time and location we found a lovely couple who invited us in for a cuppa and a blether ("whether we bought the mower or not!")

On seeing their immaculate garden, extremely tidy garage and lovely well kept petrol mower we decided to purchase. Home very satisfied and were just having lunch when the phone rang and it was the gentleman we bought the mower from who forgot to give us the instruction manual. He is very kindly posting it on.

My faith in internet shopping and humanity remains intact!
