The proper way. No injection, no holding of hands and no whimpering. Straight in there with the big powerful spikey thing on the end of some hydraulics and pull. Ten minutes later and with no screaming the root was out and onto the next.

If only the visits to the dentist in the real world could be this easy, or simple or even possible.
