Amego de Quinto

Another hot day, ejected from the hotel and had time to spare before we headed off to the airport. We really didn't want to sit around in the sun too long or wander far to find air conditioning to avoid the 40'C heat. So where did we head off to ? ... a winery... well the cellars are cool. Only problem hits when you buy wine, can't take it as hand luggage so have to try and squeeze bottles of red white and rose into your already squashed luggage to get on the plane 3 hours later and pray you have gentle baggage handlers or l'aroma du vin will welcome you on arrival in Edinburgh.

Not just any winery - Cliff Richard's winery.. the rose wine was pretty good too!!
