First daffodil to flower.

Daffodils will always hold a special place in my heart. They remind me of visits to my granny's. In the spring the whole of her large front garden was a sea of daffodils.

In my last garden I had only dwarf narcissi. But in this garden I have both. I do love them, but I can't have them in the house as their pollen makes my eyes water. The are best in the open, doing what they do best. Bringing joy and hope.
