land of the big skies.. huge horizons at littlehampton.. nice to receive the welcome return of the sun ,, warmth on ya back,, british seasides.. fish n chips. beer bellies ... trackie bottoms,, footaball shirts that aint long enough and exposes a bit of that great piece of british beef....ok stop now....sun bought em all out today...
Been one of those rare unbroken weekends off and the suns came out ...yesterday was devoted to watching rugby whilst doing a half marathon on the concept two... fastest time since 2009 and my 22nd half marathon..and a muvva orrid blister on my left hand..ouch..
this year ..like last has got its skates on and is rattling by so very quickly, The girls are growing up fast .although still dont eat a proper meal in the true sense of the word ..which is frustrating beyond belief. Were all spokes in a wheel that keeps turning...time elapses ,,wheel keeps turning,, some things change.. some dont...
