Today's photoaday was titled 'beautifully ordinary' and to me a zip is something everyone uses and never really looks closely at. Little soldiers all in a row, working hard to hold everything together whilst being put under tremendous strain. A bit like life really!

I didn't get a chance to pop to the seaside and meet up with friends today. I had too much driving children to lunch parties, taking the youngest clothes shopping, back to the lunch date party which was running nearly an hour late and then more shopping to get food for dinner. I managed a sit down and a cup of tea when we got home but then it was washing and cooking to get done. I'm hoping to have a bit of time to myself at maybe 10pm!! A busy day but the glorious sunshine definitely helped.
