Magnolia at the Botanic Gardens

Not having visited the Botanic Gardens in Ventnor since the Autumn I called in to see if there was much new growth. The gardens have a warm micro climate which usually encourages early appearance of the exotic plant life but surprisingly there was not too much in evidence.
However the Magnolia trees were putting on a fine display so the visit was not made in vain.
