Pole Dancing

We visited my friend from work today. She does pole dancing to keep fit and she has a pole in her bedroom. She was teaching me some moves! I have a new respect for pole dancers........very sore abs!

Olivia took to it like a pro! She loved it! She kept saying on the way home 'can we get a pole'..............her dad is very worried! I think he would secretly like one for me lol although the vision he may have is very far from what he would see lol not very sexy at all, very painful and more like an elephant trying to climb a tree!
