Caterpillar Patrol

A theme developing.
A pair of Robins have set up shop on the roof terrace outside my 'studio'
The have 4 fat babies in their nest they have built in a large polystyrene '&' I found a while back.

I'm interested in the very long toe on this bird. The other one doesn't have it.

I've never managed to get so close to a robin before and did this by inching forwards, camera pressed to my face snapping as I went.
