Gears

Didn't cycle again today, very tired this morning after a bad nights sleep. Bike is gathering dust already :(

Pretty much wall to wall work today, quick stop for a bath to ease the muscles.

Last night turned out to be pretty hideous. The gaming addiction is rearing it's ugly head and I tried to keep calm and ignore it but trying to sleep with someone hammering away on the keyboard and intermittently sniggering turned out to be a bit tricky.
