Instead of pulling the covers back over my head this morning, I got up and went for a walk. It was quite chilly out. When I got home I felt energised, definitely ready to face the weekly shop. I'm wilting now though.

Dad came for a late Sunday lunch - roast beef dinner with all the trimmings and home made apple crumble with custard/cream. Deeeelish!

Got to get to bed now as will be up just after 3am to see my son off to Berlin for a couple of days.
