Breakfast for dinner

Another busy weekend of early mornings, travel, study, toddler duties, little sleep and not nearly enough tea!! My husband had a lovely roast for lunch AND apple pie!! He was too full for dinner, or so he thought until he started preparing this for my dinner! (He had the same, and my left-overs!!) Anyway - we were both amused by his creation! Time for more tea......
