Picnic!

Little H loves the idea of a picnic and daddy takes no persuading although I think we'll be using the table rather than a blanket in the main until the toddler is keener to sit still for longer!This is the kind of outdoors living that we never did in tropical climes - weather too hot & humid, space too limited, children too prone to sunburn, bugs and foul city air aplenty. The occasional weekend by the sea or our trips up north to cooler Rajasthan or to easterly Kerala were our only opportunities and we did love those as special treats. But every sunny day possible will find us now out at our little table, shaded by our Indian parasol and gazing at our solid old house- hurrah for being home!
