Robert Louis Stevenson's quote.."Home is the sailor, home from the sea, And the hunter home from the hill" evokes different images, depending on your mood.
Today I waited at Dublin airport to welcome a victorious Irish rugby team after their nail biting, winning finish to the 2014 Championship. The Irish team were feted like heroes, restoring national pride and sowing the seeds of inspiration deep into young minds. England were magnificent yesterday as were Wales. As for Scotland, though bloodied and battered by a rampant Wales never shirked their responsibilities and fought bravely to the bloody end. Their fans sung like pipers on the battlefield despite the carnage before them
