Today was a fabulous day. A three hour self defense seminar in the afternoon to learn new ways of getting out of bearhugs and clothing grabs. Then a lot of faffing around and deciding what shoes to wear, I headed down to Teviot to the dinner. Dinner was great and I got to catch up with lots of people. I found out that one of our friends got engaged last night so there was lots of celebration.
